Need a set of 6.5" components and 6x9s...?

i have a set of infinity kappa perfect components and i am displeased with the performance of the midbass. i also have a set of infinity kappa 6x9s. i am looking for a set of both to replace these. my main focus is more bass in the component mid and possibly a silk dome tweeter. my price range is about 300-400 on components and 150 for 6x9s. thanks for any input.
