According to aka1908.com Alpha Kappa Alpha will return from suspension @UofH 10/2011. true?

I am very interested in the alpha kappa alpha sorority but they have been under suspension at the university of Houston. I was on their website when I came across suspensions. It states that some of the girls suspension expiration date is 10/20/2011. So does this mean they will be back in action this coming fall 2011?
