Its because your external drive is FAT32 which doesn't allow transferring files larger than 4gb , you need to go to your computer right click the hard drive and format it to NTFS , and that would do it Formating will delete all you're files so save them. If helped no need for the 20 dollars , a best answer would do thanks.
