Is this computer capable of running World of Warcraft at max settings, Mid resolution?

Not a lot. Yes you can get a lot of medium settings on it at over 30fps. But by spending less than $10 more and getting a HD5570 you can play it at max settings. You also wont have any problems with your PSU.
