How to pledge Alpha Kappa Alpha in Chicago?

i am very interested in pledging aka in Chicago. i just finished my first quarter at a 4 year university that does not have a chapter. I've always wanted the chance to pledge. i'm 21 years old and i feel i need to pledge now before i get too old. I've contacted chapter presidents through emails but haven't gotten responses yet. what do i do now??
