Any advice will help?

so there's this guy.... He's in a frat more like Kappa and I like him. I don't think he feels the same and idk if I can just be his friend. We have hung out and kissed but we don't text all the time. When we do text he takes forever to text back. I'm thinking I should move forward but I want opinions of what y'all think? I know he will text me and I'm thinking maybe I should just not text back... Any advice will help!!
