How do I know if I was ever invited to Honor Society?

I finished my 2nd semester in another state and had a GPA that would have made me eligible for Phi Theta Kappa. I never updated my address and wonder if I may have missed an invitation? Is there any way to find out and would it be too late now? Any info is appreciated, thanks! I am now in Texas if that helps.
