What do you do about pledging Alpha Kappa Alpha the REAL way?

On my campus there are only "paper" AKAs, they`re all graduating this year and haven`t crossed any girls. I`ve heard that if you are "paper" you can not make girls. there`s rumors that REAL AKAs can come back and cross girls, but i`ve also heard about underground pledging, my real question is , how would i go about letting one of these REAL AKAs know i want to be made?
