Can You Still Join Alpha Kappa Alpha, Delta Sigma Theta, Zeta Phi Beta, or Sigma Gamma Rho?

I recently became a member of a community service sorority, and was wondering do members of NPHC org’s look down upon aspirants who join these types of organizations? The reason why i'm asking this is because, i am thinking about joining either one of the 4 NPHC sorority's at my school. The organization will allow me to join any NPHC org, but i don't know how the members of the sorority's would take it. I join this org because I love community service, and since I am at a community college before I transfer to a university, I just wanted to do something that can get me more service hours, and do something I love. Therefore, if anybody can help me I would really appreciate it and thank you in advance.
