Is csun Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority inc. coming back anytime soon?

i was transferring and i wanted to know are AKAs coming back to Csun or I was wondering if me and a group of girls wanted to charter a new chapter how would that take place. Also, what is the process and who do we contact?
