Can I report my professor for these reasons?

He's an art teacher and makes us trace while telling us to be creative and not steal. He doesn't use blackboard and never has our grades calculated. He gives us unreal work loads and then tells me (an honor student my whole life and phi theta kappa member) that I need to work more and that this isn't high school even though I went to a private institution. He's the kind of person who only gives As to the immaculate perfect students who poop gold. Plus (and this one deeply upsets me) he marked my assignment late because I couldn't turn it in on the day of my beloved grandfathers funeral. I literally had no way to turn it in and I'm basically getting punished for mourning him. I hate this guy. Please tell me there's a way to get out of his class with full credit and a good grade without having to stay in his horrible class.
