Can I get into the Air Force Academy?

I am a high school junior I currently have been the class president for 3 years and am a captain of the wrestling team also leading tackler of the football team. I have a 3.9 GPA and am 10/88 in my class. I just was elected FFA President as well as a member of Quiz bowl. I placed 5th at Ohio state wrestling tournament and And am going to Buckeye Boys' State this summer. I have took college classes including college pre-calc which I got an A in. Also my college GPA is a 4.0. My ACT score is a 21 but that was my Freshman Year I am retaking it in June. Lastly I am a Member of NHS but have not yet got a officer position in NHS election in a month, and I live on a farm (if that matters, not sure if rural background helps), and am a member of Phi Theta Kappa. Is there anything that really doesn't matter here, and what should I have to get on my ACT to get in.Currently working on appointment Also, any tips or suggestions will help.
