Can I get accepted to Florida State University as a transfer student with a 3.4 GPA?

I also am in the Phi Theta Kappa - College Honor Society, have over 200 community service hours, and made the Deans List one semester. I have two D's but the rest are A's and B's. Are my chances good? and what else could I do to improve my chances?
