24 year old american student looking for a good transfer school somewhere LATIN..any ideas?

I am a Phi Theta Kappa member and I want to attend school somewhere where there are Latina woman or any asian decent. I dislike america in so many ways that I cannot stand to be here any more...I need some actual GOOD advice here.
